4 possible faults of semi-electric stacker

Due to its good economy, operability and convenience, the electric handling stacker is engaged in the loading, unloading and transshipment of goods in some operating places that do not require high tonnage and lifting height. Therefore, the use of electric pallet trucks is becoming more and more common, but many customers do not pay attention to the maintenance of electric pallet trucks during use, so electric pallet trucks may often malfunction.

1. Battery maintenance of electric handling stacker. Check whether the connection of the charging circuit is reliable, check whether the connection line and the plug are in good condition; check whether the charger of the electric handling stacker is in good condition, check whether the battery is seriously short of liquid; check whether there is irreversible sulfation of the plate.

2. The circuit part of the electric handling stacker. Do not use the electric handling stacker under voltage; do not use the electric handling stacker while charging; rainproof.

3. The fork of the electric handling stacker has a fixed pallet type and a movable fork type. There is a spacer at the connection between the root of the movable fork and the electric handling stacker, and the height of the spacer is adjusted by screws to achieve the purpose of adjusting the height of the front section of the fork.

4. The electric handling stacker leaks oil. Most of the oil leakage is at the connection between the oil pipe and the oil cylinder or pump station. The seal is not tight. You can use a wrench to tighten the nut at the connection for a few more turns, but remember not to use too much force, otherwise it will cause slippage. If it is confirmed that the nut is tightened and the oil continues to leak, the nut needs to be disassembled, the gasket or valve should be replaced with the correct model or a new one, and re-tightened, generally this fault can be solved. When removing the nut, the fork must be lowered to the lowest level first, so that all the hydraulic oil in the oil circuit returns to the cylinder of the pump station to avoid a large amount of leakage.
