For ordinary vehicles, the following main components should be kept in good technical condition: (1) Bogies and wheel sets. (2) The braking device works well, and the center horizontal line of the coupler meets the standard. (3) Handrails, pedals, etc. are complete and intact. Special vehicles should maintain a good technical condition, and their performance must meet the following requirements: (1) The self-overturning car body is upright, the car box is not tilted, and the overturning device and the pneumatic system function well. (2) The adjustment pressure of the safety valve of nitric acid, sulfuric acid and high-pressure tanker should not be less than 0.8kgf/cm2 (78.4kPa), 1.8kgf/cm2 (176.4kPa), 18kgf/Cm2 (176KPa), and the corrosion thickness of the tank should not be less than 0.8kgf/cm2 (78.4kPa).
