Different faults of electric hydraulic pallet trucks are handled differently

Common problems include poor electric pallet lift truck performance, engine overheating, thermostat failure, equipment not starting and starter failure. Poor lifting performance

If the equipment has poor lifting performance and worse performance, it may be a hydraulic problem, usually leakage, cracks or hose damage. It is recommended that you use Wipe the hoses and lines with a clean cloth. If there is a leak, there will be hydraulic oil residue in the cloth or line. This could be a cracked hose and needs to be replaced; if there is no residue on the cloth, check along the rod for more than a thin layer of oil. If a large amount of oil is found, it is likely that the seal is leaking and needs to be replaced immediately.

Engine overheating

There are many reasons for the overheating of the electric pallet truck engine, the more common one is the blockage of the radiator. Over time, dirt and debris can clog the radiator ports and cause the engine to overheat. When troubleshooting, it is recommended to check the radiator ports for mud or dirt, and if so, gently clean the debris with fresh water. After the electro-hydraulic pallet jack is cleaned, start the engine to see if there is any improvement. If overheating still occurs, there may be corrosion in the radiator, replace the radiator if necessary.

Thermostat malfunction

The thermostat of the electric hydraulic pallet jack is a component used to prevent the engine from overheating. When a trigger temperature is detected, you are reminded to turn it on, fill the engine with coolant, and check that the thermostat is working properly. If not, it is recommended to replace.

The device won't start

If this happens, the first thing to do is to check the battery. Make sure the battery is properly connected in the device and that the battery case or terminals are not corroded. If normal, test the battery functional capacity. If the working efficiency of the battery is lower than 80% as it should be, please replace the battery. If the problem is that the battery overheats when you charge the electric hydraulic pallet jack battery, it may be working with low electrolyte levels and water is recommended.
