1. View of the thermostat

On the contrary, the water pump and the impeller may be loose, and the cooling water cannot be circulated. In the electric forklift engine, the water pump, generator, and cooling fan share a belt, so the tightness of the belt directly affects the speed of the water pump, fan, and generator. Press down the middle of the belt with your fingers, and the lower deflection should be 11-13mm, which is normal. If it is too large, the water temperature will be too high. If it is too small, it will cause damage to the water pump bearing and the generator bearing.

3. Cooling fan

To check the air volume of the fan, a thin piece of paper can be placed in front of the radiator. When the engine is working, If the paper can be blown open, it means that the air volume is sufficient. This is different from the inward suction of the car fan of the front engine. The blades cannot be installed backwards, and it should be ensured that the fan cover is complete and useful.

4. Radiator

The radiator of the electric forklift is placed at the rear of the vehicle. Due to the low chassis of the electric lithium pallet truck and the poor working environment in the factory, some sundries and dust are easy to accumulate on the surface of the radiator. If it is not cleaned in time, it will seriously affect the heat dissipation effect. The surface of the radiator should be carefully cleaned at the end of each day's work, and the use of high-pressure water guns should be avoided as much as possible. Because the tube wall of the radiator is very thin, if the cleaning pressure is too high, it is easy to collapse and affect the heat dissipation effect. It is forbidden to use hard water for cooling water to avoid scale in the radiator, resulting in insufficient cooling water.
