Three, the lifting speed of the electric truck is very slow or cannot be lifted

1. The oil tank of the hydraulic truck is low, and the hydraulic oil must be replenished or all replaced.

2. The working pressure of the relief valve of the electric truck is not enough, adjust it again.

3. The oil pump of the handling hydraulic truck is excessively worn, causing internal leakage, and needs to be replaced.

4. The electromagnetic, manual reversing valve, check valve, safety valve are worn out or the seals are worn out and aged, and need to be replaced.

5. The hydraulic oil temperature of the electric pallet truck is too high for a long time. The hydraulic oil deteriorates and the viscosity decreases, causing leakage. Replace the hydraulic oil.

Fourth, the driving wheel makes abnormal noise when the hydraulic truck is running

1. Hard dirt is mixed into the lubricating oil of the electric pallet truck, update Lubricating oil

2. The bearing of the hydraulic truck is excessively worn or damaged and needs to be replaced.
