When the circle runout of the center line of the hub is greater than 0.1mm, it should be turned and repaired. 4) When the brake hub of the wheel hub has cracks, it can be grooved and welded and flattened. 5) When the internal thread of the bolt hole of the fixed half shaft is damaged, it can be drilled and tapped again after surfacing welding. 6) When the round runout of the end face in contact with the semi-axle protruding edge is not more than 0.1mm, it should be corrected.   3. Damage and repair of electric pallet truck tires:    electric forklift tires have pneumatic tires and solid tires. The tire inflation pressure must be in accordance with the original manufacturer's standard and must not be too high or too low. If it is too high, the elasticity of the tire will be reduced, and the thread layer will be easily broken. Too low air pressure will cause violent deformation of the tire, increase in temperature, and cause degumming or breakage. It may also cause the tire to move on the rim and wear the bead. In severe cases, the inner tube valve will be torn. (1) Tire If the tire has cracks, holes, blisters, delamination, etc., it should be repaired or overhauled according to the specific conditions. When there are continuous cracks around the carcass of the tire casing, the tread rubber has been polished and there are large holes, the carcass line layer has annular cracks and the whole circle is separated, it should be replaced. (2) Inner tube When small holes are found, hot patch or cold patch can be performed. 1) Hot repair: File the roughness around the damaged part of the inner tube, apply the fire repair rubber to the damaged part, and make the hole and small hole just in the center of the repair rubber, and then install the tire repair clamp against the normalizing repair rubber and tighten it. The screw is compressed and then ignited to fill the heating agent on the glue. After 10-15 minutes, the bonding can be tight. 2) Raw rubber patch (cold patch): File rough around the inner tube break, apply raw glue, and apply secondary glue after the surface of the glue is slightly dry. When the glue is air-dried, attach the prepared raw rubber to the broken On the mouth, pressurize and heat up to 140-145°C, keep the temperature for 10-20 minutes to vulcanize the raw rubber, and after cooling, the glue can be tightly bonded. 3) The inner tube is folded, severely cracked and cannot be repaired; it is aging and sticky and deteriorated; deformed or excessively cracked can be scrapped and replaced.
